Bahhhh!

About a week ago I tried goat for the first time. In Okinawa goat is really common. I'm always interested in trying new things...so despite what I heard about it I wanted to try it. I'm not very picky when it comes to food so I was not at all afraid of the goat. Then I tried it...& the goat pwned me. I had heard that it was smelly but my mother took me to a place that supposedly wasn't as smelly as what goat usually smells like. For me it was still smelly. I had goat soup & goat sashimi as you can see & let me tell you...I gave it my best shot but I am not a fan...at least I got it off of my to "try list" though. It was an experience to say the least! I had to eat chocolate afterwards to try to keep my mind off of how gross I felt & get the after taste out of my mouth.

  1. I commend you for trying goat. I love trying new foods, but I'm not sure I could try goat. X_X What did it smell like? Did it have a really bad texture? D: I'm glad photos are only visual, because it looks rather tasty. XD

Those stumpy chocolates look so good! They remind me of Meiji's Takenoko no Sato, which I looooovvvveeee. <3

  2. I love Takenoko too ^.^ It's like that only it tastes maybe a little heavier.

But yeah it smells bad... It basically tastes like what a farm animal smells like. At least to me anyway. The texture is hard.. it was hard to chew! But I mean just by looks it just looked like regular yakiniku or pork in soup.
