Corned Beef & Bacon Cheese Fries Recipe

Hey everyone! I made one of my favorite dishes today for mother & thought I would share the recipe with you. You can do different variations of it but today since I was limited on ingredients I only used the ingredients pictured above plus onions and dashinomoto (fish flakes).

Step 1: Peel potatoes. Make sure to take out all of the eyes.
I used two potatoes since I am cooking for two.

Step 2:  Chop the potatoes however you like, I did them french fry style. I cut them in half them sliced them the long way.

Step 3: Chop up onions into small squares.

Step 4: Slice bacon into small strips. I only used three half slices which is about one full slice & a half.

Step 5: Since I cooked for two I used half a can of corned beef. I would say about a quarter of a can a person.

Step 6: I was in a hurry so I used two different pans at the same time. If you have more time then you can do one at a time. It'll probably save you trouble & you will have better results since you can won't risk over cooking anything. Anyway I put some oil on one pan for the fries. On one I fried just potatoes for a while. Then added onions. Fry everything on LOW because if you have too much heat it will burn before everything is properly cooked. This goes for both pans.
In another pan fry bacon first. The bacon will produce enough oil that you won't need to put your own oil. Then add the corned beef.

Step 7: Combine everything into one pan. Then in whatever order add shoyu (soy sauce) about one and a half swirls and about a little less then a quarter of a pack of dashinomoto is to my liking but you should just swig little by little & taste as you go to get the right amount for you. If you add too much of either, the ingredient will over power the taste & only taste like dashi or shoyu. Be careful!

Step 8: Make sure it's all mixed up then add a small handful of four cheese mexican. Mix some more then you are done! There's tons of flavor already but if you are feeling like a bit of extra would do then try some sour cream like I did or even ranch dressing.

NOTE: This is an extremely high calorie food so if you are dieting this is definitely the wrong food to be making. Your hips might be begging for a run on the treadmill afterwards. It's a guilty pleasure comfort food that I like to indulge in once in a while. But hey YOLO so let's enjoy life sometimes :-P Hope you like it!
